Do you offer a printed catalog?
No. Many of our items, particularly ceramics, are produced only in small quanities by skilled artisans, and might no longer be available by the time a printed catalog is ready to go to press. Accordingly, we haven't been able to find a way to produce a catalog that would be of value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On items in stock, we will generally fulfill your order within 48 hours. The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping service selected and your location.
Is YuzuMura.com a secure site?

Will my personal information be sold to third parties?
No, YuzuMura.com does not offer any personally identifiable information to third parties. With the exception of providing necessary information to some of our vendors to help us fulfill orders, we do not sell, rent, or offer access to our customer databases. On rare occasions, if a third party has an offer we think would be interesting to our customers, we may send you the information ourselves according to your email preferences specified on the Account Info page. May I order if I live outside of the US? Can you ship internationally?
Yes, although we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have any reason to believe we will not receive payment.
Shipping charges are generally calculated by the web site automatically. If you receive a quote of "$0.00" or a request to call for shipping, you may place your order and we will contact you to let you know the shipping charges before your order will be sent.
For customers sending items outside of the US, customs duties, GST, and other taxes billed by your government are your responsibility. Prices on our web site do not include customs or taxes for anything shipped outside of the United States. You must pay any bills assessed by the freight carrier or your government.
If you fail to pay the charges assessed and the carrier demands payment from us for customs brokerage, duties, or other fees, you authorize us to bill your credit card for the amount assessed by the carrier, plus a 3.5% transaction fee.
