We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee, except for the original shipping/handling charges, on all items, within 14 days of receipt of an item. When we cannot determine the date you would have received the item based on available tracking information, we'll calculate 21 days from the shipping date.

Our new return policy applies to all orders since July 4, 2007.

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

• If we fill your order incorrectly. If the items shipped to you do not match your invoice, please contact us and we'll fix it. Let us know within 14 days of receipt.
• For home decor items, ceramics, and other non-food, non-perishable items, we will accept returns if an item does not meet your expectations if we receive your request within 14 days of delivery.
• If you should receive food or cosmetic items that were spoiled upon receipt, we will replace the item. You must report such problems within 14 days of delivery.
• Unopened food items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason..
• We reserve the right not to accept partially consumed food and tea items. However, we're willing to consider accepting returns depending on the circumstances.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for at least the value of their contents.

Ground-based return shipping will generally be paid by YuzuMura.com for all US-bound domestic orders. If you elected an express shipping method to receive your original order, we reserve the right to refund only the equivalent ground shipping cost. Partial returns will have a prorated shipping refund applied.

All items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. Prior to returning the item, you must obtain return authorization by contacting us. In order to receive a refund, you must pack the items carefully and make sure that the shipment is insured according to our instructions.
